Return & Refund Policy

At The Simar’s Closet, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • In the same condition as received

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase / order confirmation

Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be accepted.

2. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at:

Please mention:

  • Order Number

  • Product Name

  • Reason for Return

  • Photos (if item is damaged, defective, or wrong)

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send items back without prior approval, as such returns may not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Missing item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thesimarscloset@gmail.com with clear photos/videos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Used, washed, or worn products

  • Products without original tags

  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size or product, you may request an exchange subject to stock availability.

The quickest way is to return the eligible item and place a new order.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds to prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are usually completed within 7–10 business days

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via:

  • UPI

  • Bank Transfer

  • Store Credit

8. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For customer preference returns (size issue/change of mind), shipping charges may apply.
